I would say 20-30 questions per day. I usually try to do between 20-30 questions per day, and I don't want to do more because it's not really productive for me. If you can go through all the questions in UWorld in a day, then you're doing really well.
If you're taking a week or two off from studying (and even if you're not), I would recommend at least going through the explanations of some of the questions you got wrong.
If they are on different topics, then it's good to see how they are tested in different ways so that when you come across them again, it will be easier to remember what is being asked and what needs to be done.
